- I\’ve been asked to write general workouts for 2nd Battalion so we can ALL get Better, Stronger, Faster which will come in very handy when the SHTF. However, today, your task is to research Interval Training. There are positives and negatives to this style of training so I\’m sure you\’ll find all sorts of opinions. However, I have found this to be a very Effective training method for many of my clients that need to drop pounds, have more energy, increase strength and ROM (range of motion) for shoulders, hips, back, etc.
